What you'll be challenged to do:

The Senior Commissioning Agent oversees quality assurance for building systems throughout the project lifecycle, from design to operation. This role involves developing and implementing commissioning plans, reviewing project documents, conducting site visits, and leading meetings to ensure systems meet requirements and design intentions. The position requires extensive commissioning experience, technical expertise, and strong team management skills.

Essential Functions Include but Are Not Limited to:

- - Review and assist in the development of the Owner's Project Requirements (OPR) and the Basis of Design (BOD).

- - Develop and review the Commissioning Specification by the Design Team and the project.

- - Develop and implement the project Commissioning Plan.

- - Develop the Pre-Functional Checklist and Functional Tests and implement. Oversees the completion and maintenance of the checklist and tests.

- - Review project submittals and drawings for compliance with OPR/BOD. Assist the Design Team as needed to ensure conformance to the OPR/BOD.

- - Conducts and attends Cx meetings with the project construction teams.
