Description We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Fife, Washington. This role involves a diverse range of responsibilities across various accounting and finance departments, providing an excellent opportunity to develop a broad skill set in the industry. Responsibilities include:

• Engaging in General Ledger (GL) accounting, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) • Managing billing tasks and providing backup for biller and filing duties • Processing expense reports and handling new vendor process • Conducting periodic credit reviews and setting up new customer accounts • Assisting in supply ordering, including coffee supplies for the office • Managing mail operations and scanning duties • Utilizing various systems such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and invoice processing • Participating in account reconciliation activities and providing backup for scanner • Collaborating with a team for efficient functioning of the accounting department. The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; life and disability insurances; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with match and 10 days of paid vacation, 5 days of paid sick leave and 10 paid holidays per calendar year. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Demonstrable experience in Billing and Data Entry processes

• Expertise in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Oracle, QuickBooks and SAP software

• General Accounting knowledge and skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• High level of interaction with various departments and client post-sales

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

• Strong customer service skills
