- $95.00 to $105.00 per hour
[Role Overview:]{.underline}
The Senior Consultant engages the customer to provide data analysis and technical consulting in the support of equipment reliability processes and/or equipment condition monitoring projects. They perform project support activities remotely and on-site and are responsible for the completion of engineering projects within their area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering support as required and coordinates with project resources according to project requirements.
[Key Responsibilities:]{.underline}
- Consults with customers regarding equipment reliability and M&D services including data analysis, trending, data interpretation, and providing insight based on knowledge base and resources.
- Coordinates the integration of technical activities and products as applicable.
- Performs consulting services related to equipment reliability process or equipment condition monitoring and provides advice based on practical knowledge and industry experience.
- Maintains compliance with all corporate training requirements including cybersecurity, safety, human resources, etc.
- Travel to customer sites, international and domestic, as project needs require.
- Controls related expenditures including project hours allocated withing limitations.
- Prepares and completes job reports or analysis reports and communicates them internally and externally as appropriate.
[Required Qualifications:]{.underline}
- 15 years of related experience
- Bi-lingual capabilities in English and Spanish
- Extensive experience with developing and implementing Preventive Maintenance (PM) optimization programs
- Experience with the Electric Power Research Institute Preventive Maintenance Template
- Experience with performing Asset Criticality Analysis
- Basic knowledge of Power-Vision PlantView software
[Preferred Qualifications:]{.underline}
- Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred
- Predictive maintenance technology certifications are preferred
- 20+ years of related experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Equipment Reliability (ER) and Asset Management (AM) standard processes
- Experience in management position (Engineering or Maintenance) within a related industry
