Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham is looking for an experienced CNC Operator for a great company in Ferndale looking to add to their team! Job Duties & Responsibilities include: -Set up and operate a CNC plasma table (with cross-training possibilities: Drill Saw and Tube Laser). -Read, analyze, and interpret shop drawings and other documents such as safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals. -Operate a CNC plasma/torch to cut parts from raw material to supply parts to be fabricated into the product throughout the facility. -Operate basic measuring equipment (tape measure or calipers) -Responsible for identifying material by grade and size. -Safe operation of material handling equipment (forklift & overhead crane). -Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental procedures, policies, and practices. -Other duties as required.
