We are currently seeking a Civil Construction Foreman We are looking for a Civil Construction Foreman to lead our civil crew with completing new site builds / colocation and civil construction projects. This position will require traveling up to 100% for weeks at a time if required, across the Pacific Northwest and Rocky Mountain regions. Responsibilities: This position is responsible for but not limited to: *Prepare accurate scopes of work and equipment BOM’s. Must also be able to reconcile construction activities and manage scope change during construction. *Responsible for planning, implementing, and executing various tasks involved in the new site build / colocation construction scope of work. *Troubleshooting and resolving project-specific issues. *Operating heavy equipment. *Accountable for managing the overall project execution including scope, safety, quality, schedule, implementation, and customer satisfaction. *Must be able to maintain and manage sub-contractor relationships and ensure that work is performed in accordance with project requirements. *Must track and coordinate material delivery, schedule construction, and drive completion to meet schedule and budget expectations. *Reports project status and performance data as required to the Construction Management team What we are looking for: *Civil construction experience *Experience operating multiple types of equipment. *Experience with utilities locating and hand trenching required. *Must be able to read and understand Construction Drawings and Site Design Packages
