Job Title: ReceptionistJob Description

• Answer multi-line phone, greet clients and visitors. • Provide meeting organization and setup. • Provide general administrative support, including preparing a wide variety of business correspondence (letters, proposals, etc.), filing, scanning, opening, and distributing mail. • Order office supplies as appropriate. • Ensure office and kitchen are clean and organized. • Assist with issues regarding the building and/or office, by contacting building management. • Material Job Tickets (MJT’s). • Proofreading skills. • Punctuality, reliability, and regular attendance are essential functions of this position. • Positive demeanor, team player, and self-starter.
