We are looking for an exceptional Environmental Project Manager to join us in our Federal Way or Seattle, WA office. What you ll be doing: You will work in the environmental consulting industry on a variety of projects and tasks, including: Developing work plans for site investigations and remediation activities Preparing investigation reports and remedial action plans Evaluating remedial technologies/alternatives Conducting feasibility studies Assisting with design of remediation systems Preparing bid specifications and evaluating contractor bids Troubleshooting operations of the designed treatment technology Monitoring and evaluating treatment effectiveness Regulatory reporting and negotiations for site closure If you are safety-focused, technically strong, have exceptional communication and organizational skills, are comfortable with a fast pace, and have a client-service perspective, you will thrive here. Depending upon client requirements, this position may be subject to drug testing before starting work at the client site and randomly thereafter. Requirements: BS/MS in Civil/Environmental Engineering or Geology/Hydrogeology Professional registration (PE, LG, or LHg) Strong technical background in performing site investigation and evaluating remedial technologies Experience with closure of environmental cleanup sites under Washington State regulations. Experience in negotiation of cleanup activities with state and federal regulatory agencies. Strong technical writing and speaking skills. Prior project management experience.
