In this role candidate will be working with and scheduling chronically ill patients. They will advise and advocate for setting up preventative care visits via phone. This role requires ability to be on the phone for long durations conducting outbound calls. Patients at this clinic primarily speak Spanish - candidate should be comfortable with interpreting and translating between English and Spanish.

1 year of Medical Scheduling experience

Medical Terminology (general scheduling terms and understanding of season appointment cycles)

Positive Attitude and strong customer service skills

Ability to connect quickly with patients over the phone and build rapport

Plus:

Epic understanding in appointing and scheduling
