THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION

We are looking for a meticulous and adept Health Care Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Federal Way, Washington. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, resolving customer inquiries, and monitoring customer accounts. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the home and community-based services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet new employees to program

• Support new employee with digital onboarding

• Field and send out send written business correspondence

• Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

• Ability to navigate multiple screens and software's to support intake process

• Assist in onboarding Independent Providers (IPs), which includes running background checks, reviewing documents, and supporting direct deposit setup.

• Manage the setup of attestations and capturing digital signatures, ensuring accuracy and legality and completion of documentation.

• Guide IPs through the onboarding process, which includes assigning training and collecting certificates.

• Utilize multiple programs simultaneously and demonstrate technical savviness.

• Monitor and respond to inbound chat questions, providing timely and accurate information.

Requirements • Must have a minimum of one year experience in an administrative role

• Adept at using MS Office Suite including Microsoft Excel

• Proficient in providing administrative assistance and coordination

• Experience in the home health sector is advantageous

• Familiarity with onboarding processes

• Excellent customer service skills

• Knowledge of HIPAA Compliance - Patient Privacy Rule is required

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential

• Possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
