Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in Federal Way, Washington for an Accounting Clerk in the telecom provider industry. The role focuses on dealing with account reconciliation, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), billing, and data entry. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications

• Maintain precise customer credit records

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect overdue payments

• Reconcile accounts and ensure all financial records are accurate

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Manage billing processes and invoice processing

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks

• Perform data entry tasks as required

• Resolve customer credit inquiries effectively and professionally. Requirements • Proficiency in account reconciliation and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Familiarity with billing procedures and invoice processing.

• Proficient in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting.

• Familiarity with Oracle for database management and financial tasks.

• Experience with QuickBooks for accounting and financial management.

• Knowledge of SAP for enterprise resource planning and financial management.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
