Job Description

A large Aerospace company is looking for Technical Designers to join their team! The Propulsion Engineering Support Team (PEST) handles engineering change request for Propulsion Systems, Structures and Fuels teams on all 7 Series programs and their military derivatives. A large portion of the change request involve 2D drawings, 3D models, and/or bill of materials for tubes, brackets, assemblies and high-level assemblies. Additionally, the team provides, defines or revises fundamental engineering product definition, verifies accuracy of engineering data, gathers relevant data for root cause analysis and produces changes to resolve discrepancies in design packages.

Skills and Requirements

• Associates degree or higher in related field (Drafting/Design, CAD, or Engineering Technology)

• Experience in SolidWorks, CATIA, other 3D software

• Experience and proficient in using 2D/3D dimensioning to define 3D parts

• Soft skills to communicate and coordinate with Engineering and other stakeholders

• Ability to pass background check + drug screen null
