Job Overview:

Robert Half is excited to announce a Systems Administrator position within our client's team. This role involves providing high-availability platforms and solving complex technical challenges in a fully remote environment. The candidate will work closely with the Data Analytics team, Digital Technology, and key Data & Platform resources to ensure smooth operations in our cloud environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage a cluster of Windows Servers in a cloud environment, ensuring their high availability and performance.

• Oversee the administration of Tableau or Alteryx application servers, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively.

• Assist in the migration of user authentication for Tableau or Alteryx application servers, contributing to overall system security.

• Aid in the migration of Tableau or Alteryx servers to Azure Cloud, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal downtime.

• Contribute to the consolidation of application servers, improving system efficiency and reducing redundancy.

• Collaborate with team members in the business, Digital Technology, and Data Platform sectors to solve complex technical challenges.

• Utilize skills in Active Directory, Agile Scrum, Cloud Technologies, Servers, Migration, Tableau, Microsoft Azure, Data Analytics, Microsoft Windows Server, Cluster Analysis, Server Administration, Alteryx, Application Server, User Authentication, SAML, and Digital Technology to perform tasks effectively.

• Use a proactive approach to monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.

• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency, providing exceptional service to our customers.

  Requirements

Qualifications

• Windows Server administration experience

• Tableau or Alteryx Server administration experience

• Preferred experience with Azure Cloud

• Preferred experience in user authentication (Active Directory, SAML, Ping Federate)

• Preferred experience working in agile environment

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

• Education: Bachelors Degree with 4-5 years experience. In absence of degree, H.S diploma with 8-9 years of relevant experience.

• Must have experience in Windows Server administration, Tableau or Alteryx server administration
