Sourcing Specialist - Procurement Team

Responsibilities:

• Advocate for the supply chain function and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous support for company business objectives.

• Analyze received quotations and recommend new suppliers while rationalizing the supply base using Fluke's FPQP process and soliciting competitive bids.

• Lead year-over-year cost reduction, timely delivery, quality, and working capital improvement initiatives with suppliers.

• Cultivate vendor relationships, lead all aspects of new and ongoing supplier audits, and conduct supply chain risk reviews.

• Maintain purchase orders and resolve invoice price discrepancies, ensuring that required components are purchased to meet production schedule needs.

• Support supply base integration activities for new company acquisitions and assist with contractual arrangements and stocking agreements.

• Solicit supplier information related to Fluke, government agency compliance requirements, and perform similar, comparable, or related duties as needed.

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

• 2+ years of work experience in supply chain or procurement.

• Strong organizational skills, project management abilities, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Oracle preferred.

• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and proactively address challenges.

• Occasional travel to vendor locations may be required.

Everett, WA: The salary range for this position is $75,785- $140,875

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
