A Shipping/Receiving Clerk is needed for one of the world's largest suppliers of aerospace and defense products in the Everett, WA area. The role involves supporting shipping and receiving operations facility by managing inventory, preparing shipping documents, handling materials with equipment, and maintaining records, with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.

responsibilities:

• Receive shipment requirements for delivery and follow routing guidelines.

• Prepare shipping papers and ensure completeness based on Global Trade compliance and Government Agency requirements.

• Book shipments with various couriers and forwarders.

• Adhere to functional group KPIs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

• Maintain records and documentation of all shipments.

• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments; validate material against shipping documentation.

• Use material handling equipment such as screw guns, forklifts, and pallet jacks.

Skills: Computer skills for data entry and shipping information.

Education: High school diploma or educational equivalent.
