We are Hiring Shipping Clerk in Everett, WA!

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Shipping Specialist to perform a variety of packaging and shipping activities under limited supervision.

Main responsibilities will include :

• Ensure compliance with postal regulations, government, commercial, and other customer specifications, handling complex assignments effectively.

• Verifying shipment accuracy, maintaining records, creating and communicating purchase orders, performing cycle counts, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

• Involves defining stock locations, facilitating communication across departments, inspecting merchandise, preparing items for shipment, and adhering to safety policies.

Pay rate : $20 - $24 per hour

Schedule : 6am-3:30pm (Monday -Thursday) and 6am-2:30pm every other Friday.

Location : Everett, WA

Skills & Qualification :

• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience as a shipping clerk.

• Must have a High School Diploma/GED.

• Ability to operate standard shipping and packaging equipment, forklift and scissor lift.

• Intermediate Excel – Filter, Pivot, V-lookup, Charts, basic formulas.

• Basic computer skills – email, and Microsoft Suite.

• Familiarity with Epicor Avante ERP system is a benefit, but not required.

• Familiarity with FTC and International Trades Laws.

Work Environment :

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.

• The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
