Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA ) is looking for a Senior Supply Base Specialist (Level 5) for our Work Movement Execution Team supporting our Supply Chain Operations in the following locations: Everett, Washington and Renton, Washington .

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages supplier/subcontractor performance and execution to Work Movement Plans

  • Provides business and strategic guidance for critical suppliers, commodities and programs.

  • Leads the resolution of complex or strategic supply chain work movement issues.

  • Consults with management and internal stakeholders to lead the development of the work movement execution team.

  • Integrates supplier strategies with program needs and supply base capabilities.

  • Drives the company's cross-functional supply base work movement process.

  • Evaluates potential proposals and provided input based on supply base knowledge

  • Ensures external partners are meeting business expectations.

  • Acts as primary point of contact for suppliers, customers and programs on assigned work movement statement of work.

This position is expected to be 100% on-site.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management

  • 3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing or Operations environment

  • 3+ years of experience in communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership.

  • 3+ years of project management experience

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience Managing supplier performance

  • Experience with improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, systematic problem solving)

  • Familiarity with quality management systems

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically, 15 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $119,000 - $163,800
