Description Senior Social Services Associate - Pavilion For Women And Childr-Everett(HR) SCHEDULE: Day, 8-5pm M-F The Social Services Associate Senior guides our families in accessing and navigating early support services for their child(ren). They provide parent coaching and utilize reflective questioning to empower and promote self-advocacy for families to build on their strengths and provide their children the very best start in life. They help parents identify their child's strengths and needs to develop a plan for services. Social Services Associates, families and therapeutic team members collaborate to develop the child's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP); The IFSP focuses on developmentally appropriate goals for the child and addresses family needs. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree arly childhood development, education, special education, psychology, sociology, social work or related field. Required upon hire: Active Driver's License Experience and ability to work with children and families of various backgrounds Knowledge of early child development Excellent communication and organizational skills Willing and able to be flexible and adapt to child and families' individual needs.
