Boeing Commercial Airplanes’ (BCA) Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Everett, Washington.

As a member of the Everett Site HR team there is a tremendous opportunity to make a significant impact at The Boeing Company. The position will play a key role in supporting the transformation in our production systems and the HR function’s objective to provide world class HR service and employee experience.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide visible HR presence where our employees work to enable real time engagement and solutions

  • Contribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery

  • Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)

  • Provide leadership on Program People Council meetings, working talent development visibility and activities

  • Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation

  • Represent the site on the Incident Management Team and site planning activities such as: Inclement Weather preparation or emergency preparedness

  • Partner closely with EHS, Facilities, Security, Communications and Labor Relations on site standards including: health, wellness and safety initiatives such as tobacco free policy, speeding mitigation, wellness and EAP seminars

  • Lead proactive site planning for diversity strategy and communications and other site wide processes

  • Communicate with HR peers and leaders on site activities

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. The majority of work will be performed onsite with limited remote availability.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes

  • 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding

  • 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

  • 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

  • 5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Human Resources certification

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role

  • Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style

Typical Education & Experience:

Typically 10 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.


This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $76,860 - $142,740
