Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Senior Business Process Analysts (Level 4) to join the 777-8F Product Development team based out of Everett, WA .

The 777-8F Business Operations group is looking for two Business Analysts to lead, develop, and maintain critical tools for the program schedule and sow development to support Integrated Development and Schedule (IDAS). The selected candidate would lead, develop, and maintain critical tools for the program schedule and statement of work development helping to ensure the success of the 777-8F program.

The selected candidates will be data minded, delving into the analytics and metrics that are being utilized within the program. The selected candidates should be self-driven, work without much oversight, and have experience working with executives and senior leadership. The selected candidates should be capable of managing multiple competing high priority tasks and support the success of the tool (Application).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Product Owner for the PRDB Tool

  • Lead the development and programming of the PRDB Tool

  • Partner with key stakeholders in Engineering, Supply Chain, Fabrication and PP&C to manage key system and process integration points

  • Proactively engage and reach out to key stakeholders to understand requirements and data inputs/ outputs.

  • Create/maintain clear documentation of process and system requirements

  • Ensure consistent process rules with standard business process/tools.

  • Maintain configuration control of data in process.

  • Prioritize and troubleshoot user and system issues

  • With limited oversight, collects, analyzes and documents requirements from process owners.

  • Supports the team by collecting task status and creating visibility materials of project, as required.

  • Assists with coordination of reviews, assessments, and audits of business process documentation, as required.

  • May develop or assist with developing process standards, guidelines, methods and tools.

  • Provides support to teams to work within, integrate with or improve the existing process architecture.

  • Encourages the team to achieve architectural compliance.

  • Researches existing business architectural data and providing to teams in support of integration and architectural compliance efforts.

  • Serves as mentor to others within the group

This position is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in Everett, WA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing, maintaining, and debugging complex stored procedures using T-SQL and SQL Server Management Studio

  • 1+ years of experience in ETL (extract-transform-load)

  • 1+ years of experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)

  • 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

  • 3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, summarizing findings, developing conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources

  • 1+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience developing reports and insights utilizing reporting/data analytical/business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI and Cognos

  • 3+ years developing, documents and maintains architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems

  • Familiarity with the PP&C and the IDAS scheduling process

  • Lead, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain program work statement planning and commitment tools including change driven activities.

  • Modify existing and create new user interfaces

  • Test applications and scripts

  • Document and map applications using tools like ER Studio or Visio

  • Work with end users and management on ad hoc data-related projects

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $110,000 - $119,000
