Fortive Corporation Sales Enablement Internship in Everett, Washington

As a Sales Enablement intern on the Fluke Commercial Sales Enablement team, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to varies levels and functions with Fluke organization. The Sales Enablement team is responsible for five (5) sales functions: Talent Development, Sales Training, Content Development, Communications and Sales Events. With assigned projects and activities within each function, you will walk away from this internship with a deeper understanding of business, sales operations, and enablement responsibilities. You will be given ample opportunity to develop skills that will be critical to your professional development. We are a fast-paced, high-impact, team and we are eager to have you join us!

Your responsibilities are outlined below, with the ability to expand your projects/role:

· Collaborate with Content Development to produce sales training templates and resources

· Learn about adult learning models and support the creation of sales training courses

· Assist in compiling training usage reports, track course completions and content usage

· Import, update and track LMS learning modules

· Support organization and logisitics of sales events- distributor partner meetings, annual sales kickoff meeting, president’s club (incentive event) and tradeshow presentations/actions

· Develop your storytelling skills by collaborating with our Sales Communications Lead on a variety of sales enablement projects and presentations

· Work closely with other teams in the company including product marketing, branding/marketing, sales operations and strategy teams to build relationships and learn industry standards

· Summer Project #1 (*based on budget approval): Support the transition to, and adoption of, a Sales Enablement Automation Platform, showcasing ownership of specific actions and deliverables

· Summer Project #2: Commercial Sales Training Evaluation and Action – For this project you will engage with front-line sales to identify and collect training needs/gaps, compile and analyze the data and present out on proposed training recommendations to fulfill the training needs of our sales commercial teams through the remainder of 2024. This summer project will give you the opportunity to convert preliminary data into tangible results.

Must be a current student with one or more semesters/quarters left to complete after summer 2024.

Must be able to work 40 hours a week for 12 weeks, with a start date of late May or late June 2024.
