Adecco US, Inc. RN Case Manager (Home Health) in Everett, Washington

Adecco Medical is currently seeking an RN Case Manager for our amazing non-profit Home Health organization in Everett, WA. We are seeking a compassionate RN who is comfortable travelling to patients’ homes throughout Everett and providing exceptional care.

Qualifications:

  • WA State Unencumbered RN License

  • Current CPR certification

  • Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide nursing care to patients in their home as prescribed by physicians.

  • Evaluate all patients nursing needs and develop plans of care within State specific guidelines.

  • Refer patients to other disciplines as necessary.

  • Maintain current and accurate medication profile for patients.

  • Communicate any changes in dates of scheduled visits and any other changes to the Patient Care Manager to ensure patient needs are met.

  • Participate in on-call rotation

  • Observe, record, and report to the physician patient signs and symptoms, as well as response to treatment and changes in patients condition.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary of $50-60/hr
