PDS Tech is currently recruiting for a Retail Sales Specialist in Everett, WA!

Job Title: Retail Sales Specialist

Job Type: Full-time; Consultant (12 months)

Location: Everett, WA 98204

Schedule: Monday to Friday; First Shift

Pay Rate: $16.06 to $19.00 per hour

Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Open and close the store.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

• Respond to emails and communication from customers and stakeholders.

• Process POS (point of sale) purchases.

• Handle returns of merchandise.

• Process freight and inter-store transfers for markdowns.

• Maintain an organized stock room and prepare store inventory.

• Prepare and process store orders for customers.

• Identify and report safety and housekeeping issues.

• Restock the store when necessary.

• Routinely clean the store.

• Report all customer complaints to the Store Manager.

• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements and Skills:

• 5+ years of sales experience or customer service.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to maintain a professional appearance.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Strong organizational skills.

Pay Details: $16.06 to $19.00 per hour
