NORCO INC Rehab Coordinator in Everett, Washington

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Rehab Coordinator position. The Rehab Coordinator is responsible for coordination of all Rehab team equipment set-ups and staff scheduling as directed. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Schedule rehab staff to optimize workflows
  • Work with patients, physicians, therapists and referral sources to optimize the equipment needs for customers
  • Understand payer requirements for equipment and be able to clearly communicate them to customers
  • Perform insurance verification and obtain necessary documentation for equipment coverage
  • Stay well informed of industry updates and Medicare changes, particularly those related to rehab
  • Assist with rehab sales support and in-services within a defined region, as necessary
  • Assist customer service staff to coordinate rehab related discharges
  • Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary
  • Wage $20-$22/Hr DOE

Qualifications

  • Previous home care experience preferred
  • Ability to learn new equipment and technologies quickly
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to perform basic mathematics calculations
