Cordant Health Solutions Regional Lead - SIGN ON BONUS in Everett, Washington
We are seeking a self-motivated Regional Lead to join our Field Operations team in Everett, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations and team of our Drug Testing facility, performing observed specimen collections of participants from various programs and providing quality customer service. The Regional Lead will proactively identify, address, and resolve any issue at the testing facility with clients and employees while maintaining professionalism and clear communication.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Weekends may be required if coverage is needed.
Salary: $23.00
SIGN ON BONUS - $250.00
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with interviewing potential candidates for open positions
- Assist with training of new LCS employees
- Lead and supervise the onsite collection team and resolve any conflicts
- Gather inventory information and place supply orders for the site
- Assist with scheduling and coverage needs
- Oversee our Video Oral Fluid Program
- Build professional rapport with various clientele
- Other duties or tasks may be assigned periodically by immediate supervisor
- Collect, log, order, process, and ship urine, oral, and/or hair specimens to laboratory
- Maintain organization in the collection of all specimens
- Assemble samples for shipping
- File requisitions, chain of custody forms, and associated paperwork
- Interact with patients and clients in a professional manner while performing collections
- Ensure accurate entry of demographic information
- Answer facility phone; speak clearly and professionally to clients and patients
- Use corporate email account for all communication with client questions or any related business with supervisors or Cordant Health Solutions employees
- Utilization of Cordant programs for collecting electronic orders
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED, required
- 2+ years in a Lead or Supervisor role preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Experience in healthcare, criminal justice, or a similar dynamic field preferred
- Ability to perform observed collections and collect biological specimens, required
- Ability to work professionally with no on-site supervision, required
- Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills, required
- Ability to work effectively handling tight deadlines and de-escalating communications with participants in potentially stressful or dynamic situations with no on-site supervision
- Basic computer skills, required
- Light to moderate physical effort (lift/carry up to 25 lbs.), and sitting/standing for long periods of time, required
- Ability to wear scrubs and protective devices (gloves), required
