Role Overview: As a Recruiter at Fluke Corporation, you will be integral to our recruitment success, facilitating a seamless hiring process and embodying the Fluke brand. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing and attracting top-tier talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Your expertise and guidance will be instrumental in supporting our hiring managers and leaders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit highly qualified candidates to fulfill our open requisitions, aligning their skills with Fluke's mission and values.

• Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, manage the recruitment lifecycle, and guide candidates through the selection process.

• Perform resume reviews, conduct informative phone screens, and engage in comprehensive interviews with potential candidates.

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders.

• Contribute actively to our candidate sourcing strategies, utilizing innovative approaches to attract diverse and exceptional talent.

• Utilize advanced recruitment tools, to manage open roles and candidate pipelines effectively.

• Maintain consistent and positive communication with candidates to ensure a rewarding and respectful recruitment experience.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition, with a track record of sourcing and screening talent in a dynamic environment.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, influential communication abilities, and a strong sense of professionalism.

• Proactive, self-starting individual capable of collaborating effectively in both independent and team environments.

• Demonstrates ethical conduct, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.

• Hybrid work schedule with requirement to be on site in Everett, WA

Location and Work Schedule:

This position is based in Everett, WA, with a hybrid work schedule that combines remote work and on-site presence in our office facilities.

Everett, WA: The salary range for this position is $75,785- $140,875

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
