A Quality Specialist shall be able to perform any and all types of Quality department record-keeping with a minimum of Royell specific training. The Quality Specialist shall be able to work on standard day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision.
Requirements
Develop First Article Inspection (FAI) data entry templates and associated bubble drawing for jobs requiring FAI.
Upload completed FAI templates into Net-Inspect website.
Attach required FAI documents to Net-Inspect file, such as, bubble, drawing, CMM report, certifications, etc.
Prepare documentation packages for source inspection events, including printing certifications, FAI documents, other customer forms, etc.
Audit work orders for accuracy, legibility, and completeness and scan those work orders into archiving system.
Must regularly maintain good attendance each attendance year.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent GED certificate of completion.
Proficient when using computers and software applications.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience in an aerospace company specialized in machined parts and assemblies.
