$22/hr-$24/hr depending on shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team at our Everett, WA location. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of our food products. You will be responsible for performing food safety and quality checks, troubleshooting issues, collecting data for improvement, and assisting in conformance checks. This is a full-time position with various shifts available.

Job Specifications:

  • Job Type: Full-Time

  • Location: Everett, WA

  • Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00/hour (DOE) plus shift differentials if applicable ($1.00/hour on 2nd Shift, $2.00 on 3rd)

  • Shift: All Shifts

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform verification of food safety and quality checks according to established HACCP/FSMA and Preventive Control Programs.

  • Provide on-the-floor QA support for investigating and troubleshooting food safety, quality, or process control issues.

  • Assist in collecting data to improve products and systems, including Statistical Process Controls.

  • Support QA and Operations during special batch runs.

  • Conduct conformance checks of ingredients, packaging, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications.

  • Adhere to all safety standards and regulations, including Federal, State, and Local occupational safety guidelines.

  • Collaborate with QA and site teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Two years of related experience in Quality Control.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to effectively understand and express ideas and instructions.

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.

  • Excellent prioritization and follow-through skills.

  • Self-starter with the ability to drive initiatives forward.

  • Positive attitude and motivated to contribute to the team's success.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Creative problem-solving skills.

  • Obsessive attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

  • Passionate about food.

  • Willingness to address difficult situations with patience and respect.
