777 Composite Wing Center ( CWC ) in Everett, Washington is seeking a Quality Assurance Numerical Control ProgrammerAssociate or Experienced , to join our Team.

This role will primarily be focused on generating programs for Automated Non-destructive Testing ( ANT ) equipment, validating programs used to produce CWC parts, and designing calibration, verification, and inspections.

As an Associate or Experienced Quality Assurance Numerical Control Programmer (Level 2/3), you will have a minimum of the following responsibilities :

  • Use GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and ASME Y14.5 protocols to produce and develop, and improve Numerical Control programs.

  • Plan, create, verify, and revise Machine Control Data (MCD), geometry and documentation that directs the operations for a complete spectrum of numerically controlled equipment required to manufacture, test, and inspect parts, tools, and assemblies for departmental work.

  • Plan and guide the development and integration of new machining techniques and manufacturing methods, processes, software, and equipment.

  • Provide machine operator instructions and documentation for automated or numerically controlled equipment per established process.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • Associates’ degree or equivalent experience related to the role.

  • 1+ years of experience in aircraft modification, production, development, and testing.

  • 3+ years of experience using 3D modeling tools (Autodesk Inventor, Solid works, SketchUp, Pro-E, CATIA, etc.), CATIA V5 experience is preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience applying GD&T Fundamentals.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Associates’ degree or higher from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or other STEM field or equivalent experience related to the role.

  • Level 3: 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in creating mylars or utilizing inspection tools.

  • 3+ years of experience using PCDMIS to measure machined parts.

  • 3+ years of experience applying inspection media practices.

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred accreditation standard although not required.

Associate: 3+ years' of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experienced: 5+ years' of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Relocation:

Salary Range:

Associate – Level 2: $72,600 - $97,800

Experienced – Level 3: $90,600 - $123,400
