Project Management Specialist/Scheduler Job details Posted 14 August 2024 Location Everett, WA Job type Permanent Reference 932348 Job description Job Summary: Dexian is seeking a Project Management Specialist/Scheduler for an opportunity with a client located in Everett, WA. Responsibilities: Supporting general team integrated scheduling support Systems products span the airplane from nose to tail and include everything from the mechanical systems that actuate the flaps to the electronic systems that allow pilots to communicate with ground crews Work with teams to develop and integrate schedules within Open Plan Professional (OPP) as well as create visuals and other deliverables to support management reporting on program schedule status Work with engineers and suppliers across the world to create schedules that integrate with other areas of the airplane as well as external stakeholders like customers and regulators Requirements: 3+ years of integrated scheduling or project management experience 3+ years of experience in a Business Operations or Project/Program Management role 3+ years of experience managing schedules or projects using standard project management tools (such as OPP or MS Project) Ability to work with a diverse, cross-functional team in a multifaceted work environment that includes managing multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Experience with Open Plan Professional Experience with Milestones Professional Prior professional experience at Boeing or at an aerospace company Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience developing and integrating strategic projects, plans, and initiatives to meet business goals Experience communicating with employees, customers, peers, and all levels of leadership Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
