Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA ) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced or Senior Project Management Specialist (Level 3 or 4) to join the Supply Chain Functional Excellence team in Everett, Washington.
The Supply Chain Functional Excellence Operational Efficiency (BCA) Organization is looking for a high performing Project Management Specialist to join our team. The Functional Excellence team provides comprehensive solutions for the Supply Chain Organization that encompasses transformative projects that result in making our production systems successful. Position Responsibilities:
Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.
Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project.
Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers.
Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.
Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, Washington.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience managing projects and using standard project management tools
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership
3+ years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher
3+ years of experience in a role that requires effective communication with technical and non-technical personnel at all organization levels.
3+ years of experience demonstrating leadership for driving issue resolution and mitigating technical risk.
3+ years of experience in a position that requires strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Typical Education/Experience:
Experienced (Level 3)
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Senior (Level 4)
Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 8 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Relocation:

Summary pay range:
Experienced: $93,500 - 101,000
Senior: $115,000 - $125,000
