The Boeing Company is hiring for a Procurement Analyst (Level 4) to support the team in Everett, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.

  • Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators.

  • Creates and communicates strategic initiatives, projects or development activities.

  • Initiates and integrates program, customer, product and strategies.

  • Leads cross-functional process management activities.

  • Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high risk programs and suppliers.

  • Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action.

  • Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.

  • Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities.

  • Requires Strategic development/strategic thinking capabilities.

-Develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite eventually. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 8+ years of Procurement / Supply Chain experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in a team environment.

  • 1+ years of Team Leadership (Formal/Informal) experience.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master +8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:
