Seattle Children’s Hospital Pediatric Hospitalist Physician - Everett (Multiple Openings) in Everett, Washington

Responsibilities Seattle Children's is hiring a Pediatric Hospitalist in Everett, Washington. This position can be either part or full-time, and we have needs opportunities on days, evenings and nights. Provides medical care in assigned area so that there is coordination of care with patients and attending physicians, and collaboration with nursing, pediatric and other medical and surgical subspecialty services, community physicians and ancillary health team providers. Ensure the quality of all patient care and service, incorporating patient centered care and quality standards, and integration of these services with Seattle Children's goals, vision and philosophy. #LI-GH1 . Requirements Required Education/Experience: MD Degree. Board eligibility or certification in Pediatrics by the American Academy of Pediatrics. Medical Staff membership and appropriate clinical privileges at Seattle Children's, and assigned medical center(s). Required Credentials: Licensed as a Physician in the State of Washington or State within WAMI region. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification (Olympia, Skagit, St. Anne's, Seattle Children's NICU locations). Federal DEA Registration. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 3 months of hire (only if required for special privileges). Prior to start of employment, must obtain, and maintain in good standing, medical or allied health professional staff privileges that are not limited, revoked, suspended, conditioned, or probationary, except for normal probationary periods due to initial appointment. All medical and allied health professional staff members are provisional for the first year. Any and all medical or allied health professional staff privileges at Children's will terminate automatically upon the termination of the individual's employment at Children's. Termination of employment does not prohibit the individual from seeking medical or allied health professional staff privileges at Children's as a non-employee in any category for which the individual qualifies. Min to Max Hourly Salary$93.76 - $114.22 /hrSalary Information This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.The union pay ranges can be found on the Seattle Children's website here: - Seattle Children's offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
