Providence St. Joseph Health Patient Scheduler in Everett, Washington
Description Under supervision coordinates patient reception, scheduling and registration. Obtains and records all data relative to the registration process. Maintains knowledge of insurance and third-party payers, computer data-entry and forms and the Advanced Beneficiary Notification (ABN) process. Required Qualifications: Experience with multi-line telephone systems, personal computer, printers, copiers and fax machines Preferred Qualifications: Medical terminology 6 months clerical background involving public contact, preferably medical.
