Description

A mid-sized law firm is seeking a litigation paralegal with five plus years of experience in general civil litigation. A successful candidate will have experience handling family law, probate, personal injury, or other general civil litigation cases and are knowledgeable of the local county courts. This candidate will be a valued team member in a supportive collegial environment and will benefit from a hybrid work environment.

The firm offers medical and vision, participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with company match, and 10 days of paid vacation, 2 personal days, 6.5 days of paid sick leave and paid holidays.

• 5+ YOE in general civil litigation (family law, personal injury, probate, etc.)

• Motion experience

• Knowledge of local court systems

• Experience with client intake
