Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the operations organization and assisting with general office tasks. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management and administration of our operations. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Everett, WA
- Pay Rate: $29/hr-$32/hr
- Shift: Standard business hours
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist and support cross-functional teams in achieving their goals
Manage the flow of information between teams regarding follow-up service and deliverables
Attend business meetings, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items
Collect daily operations data and maintain KPI and reporting spreadsheet data
Develop, organize, and execute project work plans
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of portfolio performance data
Verify daily documents for accuracy
Track and manage vacation and sick time requests for plant manager direct reports
Support plant employee functions and recognitions
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in office administrative roles and responsibilities and excel
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects effectively
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Proficient in writing routine reports and correspondence
Excellent verbal communication skills for effective group communication
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, V-Lookup, and Pivot Tables
