Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk Position type: Full Time, Contract Duration: 6 Months Location: Everett, WA SHIFT: M-F 8am-5pm As a Shipping/Receiving Clerk will: * Receive shipment requirements for delivery and follow procedures to include routing guidelines. * Prepare shipping papers and ensure completeness of details and requirements based on Global Trade compliance and Government Agency requirements. * Book shipments with various couriers and forwarders. * Adhere to functional group KPI and provide feedback for opportunities for continuous improvement. * Maintain records and keep documents of all shipments based on requirements. * Load/unload inbound/outbound shipments validating material against shipping documentation. * Use of material handling equipment to include screw guns, etc. * Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. * General housekeeping. * Perform related duties as required within the scope of this job function.. The ideal candidate will have: * High school diploma or educational equivalent. * Obtain forklift certification * Computer skills to include data entry of received materials, entering shipping information, etc. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of SAP and Excel (look ups, pivot tables). * Manufacturing industry experience * Previous shipping/receiving experience Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
