Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant
Urgent Care Residency Program
Great opportunity for Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant graduates to join our residency program. Our mission is to train and retain well prepared ARNPs and PA-Cs who will continue to provide patient care in a urgent care setting, multi-specialty setting. The residency program is designed to provide additional training and support to new graduates as they transition from new practitioner to independent provider.
These are full-time positions with varied hours between 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. Must be open to working some weekends and holidays
Clinic hours:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m–7 p.m.
Saturday–Sunday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Program Goals:
To equip newly graduated ARNPs and PAs with the skills needed to confidently provide care.
To ensure and prepare high quality ARNPs and PAs to function as providers in today’s changing health care environment.
To provide a supportive environment to increase ARNPs and PAs confidence to work in a variety of health care settings.
After successfully completing the residency program, residents will be eligible to apply for openings at The Everett Clinic.
Program Curriculum:
Partner with a provider (ARNP, PA or MD/DO)
Attend specialty rotations
Attend Didactic lectures
Requirements:
Masters Degree and completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Washington state license and DEA
NP-C
Full vaccination against COVID-19
