Urgent Care Residency Program

Great opportunity for Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant graduates to join our residency program. Our mission is to train and retain well prepared ARNPs and PA-Cs who will continue to provide patient care in a urgent care setting, multi-specialty setting. The residency program is designed to provide additional training and support to new graduates as they transition from new practitioner to independent provider.

These are full-time positions with varied hours between 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. Must be open to working some weekends and holidays

Clinic hours:

Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m–7 p.m.

Saturday–Sunday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

Program Goals:

  • To equip newly graduated ARNPs and PAs with the skills needed to confidently provide care.

  • To ensure and prepare high quality ARNPs and PAs to function as providers in today’s changing health care environment.

  • To provide a supportive environment to increase ARNPs and PAs confidence to work in a variety of health care settings.

  • After successfully completing the residency program, residents will be eligible to apply for openings at The Everett Clinic.

Program Curriculum:

  • Partner with a provider (ARNP, PA or MD/DO)

  • Attend specialty rotations

  • Attend Didactic lectures


  • Masters Degree and completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

  • Washington state license and DEA

  • NP-C

  • Full vaccination against COVID-19
