The NetSuite team at Moss Adams is a fast-growing group within our Enterprise Systems Consulting (ESC). As NetSuite Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the delivery of NetSuite related projects to clients. The NetSuite Project Manager performs a key role in achieving outcomes, including delivery of integrated software solutions timely, on budget, and to our client’s satisfaction. This role will require hands-on NetSuite project management skills across multiple small and large NetSuite projects. The NetSuite Project Manager will oversee overall project management, P&L of projects, resource management, and project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project issues from identification to resolution via the RAID log

  • Drive implementation by providing motivation and direction to the team

  • Participate in ongoing process improvement by identifying and implementing changes to standard processes that encouragereusability and increased efficiency

  • Manage project scope, identify scope changes, manage estimation of additional scope, and issue change orders to clients

  • Responsible for creating and managing the overall project timeline, incorporating both client requirements and resource availability

  • Lead recurring internal status meetings

  • Schedule consulting resources for the duration of the project

  • Work with third party vendors to deliver projects/programs

  • Lead project kickoff meetings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Business Administration

  • Minimum two years’ Project Management experience, preferably in business software, consulting, and, or professional services environment

  • NetSuite experience required; Suite Foundations certification is preferred

  • Demonstrated understanding of standard business practices as related to core Accounting (General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation,

  • Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable), Sales Order Management, Inventory Management and Purchasing

  • Strong communication skills, client management experience, and proven ability to work with clients to develop and manage an implementation plan

  • Technical background and knowledgeable understanding of IT support and development policies and processes

  • Highly organized and self-motivated

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & SharePoint)

  • Ability to travel as needed, approximately 20% if needed
