Contract Position
$59.45-$74.08/Hour

Responsibilities:
- Train less experienced employees in group leadership and facilitation skills.
- Coordinate complex activities across multiple functions and outside organizations to maintain and improve operational efficiency in support of enterprise operations.
- Identify and mitigate the impact of changes on the production system.
- Lead teams to conduct assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
- Analyze and interpret data.
- Provide feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
- Lead organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.
- Work under consultative direction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and typically 15 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 13 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Coaching and communication
- Aerospace industry experience
