Seattle Children’s Hospital Manager, Clinical Operations Regional Behavioral Health in Everett, Washington

Responsibilities: Provide leadership and oversight of operations, program development and evaluation of mental health services as a member of the Regional Behavioral Health Leadership Team. Manage operations of the Regional Behavioral Health Clinics in a manner that meets continuous quality improvement, customer service, programmatic growth and financial requirements that support the mission of Seattle Children's. Provides on-site leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives at Regional Behavioral Health. Collaborates with leaders across the system to work toward equitable mental health service delivery. Collaborates with Director of Regional Behavioral Health to ensure effective and timely delivery of services per contractual agreements with grants and other donor requirements. Job Posting Addendum: This is an operations position for our psychiatry regional clinics in Everett and Federal Way, WA. You will work in collaboration with other psychiatry operations leaders to develop systems, improve processes, and refine operations. The expectation is to work on site in Everett, Federal Way, and Seattle locations as well as remotely. However, there will be flexibility with how that's done. Requirements: Required Education/Experience: - Masters degree in healthcare administration or psychosocial related field or equivalent combination of education and experience - Minimum 3+ years of recent experience as a clinical leader in a healthcare setting and/or progressive management or supervisory experience working in a mental health, medical or non-profit business related setting. - Experience with mental health billing and reimbursement mechanisms - Demonstrated progressive leadership and financial management experience Preferred: - Experience in Psychiatry operations or administration. Min to Max Hourly Salary: $53.80 - $80.70 /hr Min to Max Annual Salary: $111,904.00 - $167,856.00 /yr Salary Information: This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
