Our client, a leading plastics manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Technician to come on board. You will be conducting preventative maintenance and maintenance on injection modling machines onsite.

Required:

• 5 years in machine maintenance- electrical and hydraulics exposure

• Molding/Molding machine experience is a plus

• PLC programming plus

Hourly Pay: $30.00 To 38.00

responsibilities:

• Install, test, operate, and maintain plant systems and equipment, including compressed air, water, hydraulic, and other plastic production equipment.

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and keep accurate records of results on selected machines.

• Conduct safety inspections as directed.

• Inspect plant equipment and facilities, disassemble machinery, and install new parts as needed.

• Respond quickly to emergencies, notify appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocols.

• Posses troubleshooting skills for electrical and hydraulic issues.

• Order, deliver, and pick up parts.

• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.

• Communicate and collaborate with workers and industry professionals during daily operations and new projects.
