The Learning & Development (L&D) manager with responsibility for Moss Adams University Global Programs is responsible for the overall design, development, and implementation of Moss Adams’ learning and development initiatives that will be deployed to our non-US offices. In this role, you will work with client-facing subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and L&D colleagues to design and deliver innovative and effective learning solutions to build the capabilities of our global professionals at each stage of their career.
The L&D manager works closely with the leaders of their respective client group to assess development needs and program manage content in conjunction with counterparts in the Moss Adams people development teams. The L&D manager will design and curate learning journeys that are a mix of, but not limited to, classroom training, digital learning, on-the-job coaching, performance support, and mentoring.
The L&D Manager will need to be conversant in measurement methodologies to ensure that all solutions build knowledge and skill that translate to shifts and behaviors that drive key business metrics.

Responsibilities:
Consult with key leadership stakeholders to identify business challenges that could include learning needs for the practice
Create and refine the L&D curriculum and oversee the complete process of curating, designing, developing, and executing blended-learning initiatives for assigned client group(s)
Work independently with internal subject matter experts (SMEs), practice leadership, L&D colleagues, and external vendors to design, develop, and deliver solutions (e.g., multi-day in-person events, webinars, online learning, on-the-job experiences) to help professionals build needed capabilities
Manage SME and program facilitator relationships, including coaching on design and delivery standards and NASBA and other applicable continuing professional education (CPE) requirements
Manage end-to-end program operations including budget, communications, program design, delivery, and evaluation
Coach and supervise L&D colleagues assigned to support any aspect of the programs (e.g., design and development, program operations, CPE accreditation, etc.)
Use evaluation data to measure impact and improve learning initiatives while also continuously identifying delivery process improvement opportunities
Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions within areas of subject matter expertise
Actively partner with L&D and People Team colleagues to ensure a common approach and consistency across L&D and people initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, emphasis in a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of L&D-related experience in a complex organization required; including demonstrated involvement with building high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive culture; experience in public accounting or professional services environment preferred
Experience with adult learning principles, performance consulting methodologies, learning experience design and development in multiple learning modalities
Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of and experience with Learning Management Systems, Camtasia, Articulate, and webinar platforms
Ability to communicate and consult with multiple levels of the organization
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook, etc.)
Travel as needed, approximately 20%

This is the typical range of pay for the position; however, actual pay may vary based on experience, skillset, and location. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
