Hiring for Inventory Planner III
Job Description
We are seeking an organized and self-starting Inventory Planner III to join our team. This role requires strong execution of data and processes, with the ability to operate from a company-wide perspective and promote cross-functional and cross-business project development. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring data accuracy, manage inbound shipments, analyze inventory positions, and execute purchase orders and vendor-related reports.
Responsibilities
Assist in data accuracy to ensure all tools and processes function as expected.
Manage inbound shipments, including PO tracking, maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, and vendor communications.
Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.
Execute a variety of purchase orders, in-stock, and vendor-related systems and reports.
Essential Skills
1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.
Proficiency in business software such as Excel.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and inventory management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with SAP, ERP, Oracle.
Proficiency in data entry, shipping, and receiving.
Experience with pallet jacks and forklifts.
Experience with kitting.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.06 - $26.50
