A world class manufacturer of fresh, healthy soups is hiring production workers!

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Packager is responsible for packaging and labeling and palletizing soups.

• Could require repeated lifting of soups off of conveyer into boxes.

• ensuring machine packaging is operating smoothly and checking labels.

• Hand palletizing Boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.

• Responsible for ensuring recipe integrity through verification of material item numbers and expiration dates prior to processing.

• Demonstrates competency to clean, assemble, operate and troubleshoot machinery respective to each functional area within ingredient preparation.

• Inspects ingredients and ingredients packaging for conformance to safety and quality specifications.

• Coordinates ingredient supply from storage to their assigned production area.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Willingness to rotate through different machine center areas throughout shift

• Positive attitude and motivated by contributing to the overall success of the team

• Comfortable moving at a fast pace and in ambiguous environments

PAY

• Base pay is $19/hr-$21/hr.

SHIFT

• Morning, afternoon and overnight shifts available.

• MUST be available for overtime.
