Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a First Line Procurement Agent Manager (Level K) to join our Systems Contracts team in Everett , Washington !

Supply Chain Contracts Procurement team is looking for a First Line Procurement Agent Manager in Systems Contracts in Everett, WA.

The Systems Contracts Procurement Agent Manager will lead a team supporting Supply Chain by implementing high visibility supply chain focused projects, developing, and executing integrated organizational plans and solutions to enable business objectives.

This role requires partnership with Leaders across the BCA (Boeing Commercial Airplane) Supply Chain team. This position will discover new opportunities and solutions for business problems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking. This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes, and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages Procurement Agent employees performing activities related to committing company resources to purchase goods and services, developing supplier strategies, and development of contracts.

  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals.

  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements.

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.

  • Provides oversight regarding negotiation processes and related tools.

  • Leads, develops, and motivates employees.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Processes

  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams

  • 3+ years of experience with contract preparation and negotiation

  • Must be willing to travel domestically or internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 5+ years of experience in managing Supplier Relationships

  • 3+ years of experience working in a management or leadership role

Summary pay range: Location: Everett, Washington: (Manager – Level K) - $125,100 - $152,900
