Seeking a full-time/part-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with interest and experience in Geriatric Medicine to join a team of well-established providers at Providence ElderPlace PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) in Everett, WA. You'll be part of a growing program that delivers comprehensive care and services to elderly patients under the PACE model, which is designed to help keep older adults as healthy as possible. • Predominantly outpatient with some care in nursing homes and patients’ homes

• Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m and some on-call coverage

• Geriatric Medicine and/or palliative and Hospice Medicine fellowship or 1 year of experience in long-term care preferred.

• Compensation is $127.50 per hour or $265,200 per year.

• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

Providence ElderPlace is an innovative program of health care and social services for older adults. With four centers in the Seattle area, Providence ElderPlace provides and coordinates the services necessary for seniors to remain active in their community by providing primary and specialty medical care, a day health program, social work services and rehabilitation. One of the only Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in the state of Washington, ElderPlace Seattle gives seniors access to top medical specialists with convenience and professionalism.
