Job Title: Employee Development Spec 3 Duration: 3 Months Location: Everett, WA Shifts: Shifts: 2nd Pay Range: $40/hr - $45/hr Description: Conducts learning requirements analysis and establishes learning objectives. Designs and develops course content and instructional materials. Tests delivery environment and establishes system access requirements. Delivers content and assesses effectiveness based on learning objectives. Conducts customer workplace coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance. Deploys development tools and monitors implementation and performance outcomes. Required skills/qualifications: 1. 3+ years aviation 2. Instructor for small groups 3. Professional, good attitude 4. Attendance is a must 5. Structure mechanic background (airplane maintenance) Education: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
