Position:

Embedded Engineering Manager(eInfochips Inc.)

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

• Innovating new and better ways to create solution that add value and amaze end user

• Responsible for complete project management by monitoring and controlling cost, quality, and schedule & delivering multiple projects in time.

• Active planning, analyzing and reviewing functional and technical specification documents

• Partner with other team like hardware, software, and Qualification for successful execution of project.

• Responsible for conflict management within or across teams, Risk assessment and control

• Participate in new business development, solution proposal and expansion of existing account

What we are looking for:

• Manages professional employees and/or supervisors or supervises large, complex technical or business support or production operations team(s)

• Is accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function

• Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges

• Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, and business plan; receives guidance from senior manager

• Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and/or customers

• Accountable for the budget, performance and results of a medium-sized team or multiple small teams

• Exercises full management authority, including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, discipline, termination, and other personnel actions

• Addresses issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines

• Preference will be given to candidates who has prior experience working with client’s at offshore / onsite.

Experience / Education

Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.

Work Arrangement Fully On-Site: Must be able to travel to an Arrow Client office location as requested by Arrow Client leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$190,000 - $200,000/annum

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at the offer.
