The Administrative assistant is responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, assisting with office administrative tasks, working closely with the Operations Manager, ADA Eligibility Specialist, eligibility applicants, and Community Transit and Everett Transit staff.

• Answer incoming callsto address applicant’s questions/concerns.

• Schedule interviews and book transportation as needed.

• Create new and update existing records across all programs – Ecolane, GetGoing, Spare.

• Check in applicants upon arrival and notify ADA Eligibility Specialists that their appointment has arrived.

• Prepare eligibility determination letters and any additional letters or material to be mailed.

• Prepare Daily Determination Reports, Weekly KPI Reports, Bi-Monthly Eligible Rider Reports, Monthly CERT Reports, any additional reports as needed, and send to designated recipients.

• Assist Community Transit and Everett Transit as needed.

• Collect incoming mail daily and distribute to appropriate parties.

• Process any incoming physical applications and call to schedule an interview immediately.

• Upload and scan assessments, letters, and any additional supplemental documents to applicants profile.

• Participate is staff meetings with leadership and/or client.

• Participate in initial and on-going training as required by Transdev and Client.

• Provide high quality customer service at all times, maintaining a positive attitude when interacting with applicants, support staff, and caregivers.

• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
