What you get to do every day

  • Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Organize and route incoming telephone calls

  • Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications

  • Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Microsoft Office knowledge required

  • Customer service and office administrative skills

  • 2+ years of past relevant experience

    • Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

  • Superior Customer Service experience desired

  • Outbound Marketing experience

  • Strong familiarity with Answering Inbound Calls

  • Experience with Computer Data Entry

  • Expertise in CRM

  • Proven computer skills
